PRODUCTION OPERATOR (PHARMACEUTICAL)

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or production operations.
• Vocational training (e.g., TESDA), technical certificates, or Associate Degree in Industrial Technology, Science, Pharmacy Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in operating pharmaceutical production equipment such as tablet presses, encapsulators, blenders, coaters, and other production/packaging machines.
• Ability to accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials.
• Experience in performing in-process checks, defect inspection, and material verification.
• Knowledge of CIP/SIP cleaning procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repair skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor pharmaceutical production machines.
• Weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials accurately according to batch requirements.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and inspect products for defects.
• Verify materials and production records against specifications and documentation.
• Perform cleaning procedures (CIP/SIP) and ensure equipment hygiene standards are met.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance of production equipment.
• Strictly follow SOPs and GMP guidelines at all times.
• Maintain accurate production logs and records.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support production targets and efficient manufacturing operations.
