PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER/ENGINEER I

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 15 years work experience
• must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering (Chemical); Engineering(Others); Engineering(Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or similar fields

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure safety compliance of each operating facilities.
• Develop and maintain safety Policy, documents and procedures.
• Work with refinery teams to identify Process Hazard Analysis opportunities and make recommendations to achieve more safe operations.
• Analyze and monitor refinery Management OF Change (MOC) use on daily basis and conduct MOC audits.
• Monitor refinery Process Safety Event Reporting and Evaluation.
• Conduct jobsite observation, field inspections to collect data for process safety analyses.
• Conduct internal benchmarking studies among the oil and gas refineries.
• Organize technical exchange workshops among the oil and gas refineries Develop and deliver training material to promote process safety awareness among refinery personnel.
