Job Description:

• Must have plans and organizes the over-all operation of a poultry plant
• Supervisor must Co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• Maintains research records on mortality of poultry, feeding of poultry, and other information on poultry.
