PLANNING TEAM LEADER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera or similar)
  • Project controls and baseline development
  • Progress reporting and performance tracking
  • Procurement coordination and project coordination systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning activities, including the development, review, and control of the project baseline schedule.
• Monitor, analyze, and report overall project progress to ensure alignment with approved plans.
• Establish and manage project communication plans, reporting systems, and coordination procedures.
• Prepare and issue weekly progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
• Coordinate and control project procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with project schedules.
• Track project milestones and identify delays, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support management in decision-making through accurate planning data and progress analysis.
• Maintain and update project planning tools, schedules, and documentation.
