KBR Arabia Ltd. Co. is seeking an experienced Planner to support maintenance planning and scheduling activities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing work plans, coordinating maintenance schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring maintenance activities are executed efficiently to support safe and reliable plant operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or related fields.
  • Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, work order management, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or ERP software such as SAP is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Prepare detailed work packages, job plans, and maintenance schedules based on operational priorities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure the availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor work progress and update maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Review work orders, maintenance history, and equipment data to optimize maintenance planning.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, progress updates, KPIs, and planning documentation.
  • Support shutdown, turnaround, and major maintenance planning activities.
  • Ensure all maintenance planning activities comply with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
