Pizza Chef – Multi Style
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Filipino applicants preferred.

- Experience operating various commercial pizza ovens.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare different types of pizza dough according to specific recipes and techniques.
- Handle dough mixing, kneading, fermentation, proofing, portioning, shaping, and proper storage.
- Prepare and maintain sourdough starters when required.
- Prepare pizza sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, herbs, and other toppings.
- Select appropriate dough preparation and baking techniques for each pizza style.
- Shape and stretch pizza dough according to the required style and specifications.
- Prepare and bake Neapolitan, New York, Detroit, Roman, Sicilian, sourdough, and other specialty pizzas.
- Operate wood-fired, gas, electric, deck, conveyor, and other commercial pizza ovens.
- Adjust oven temperatures, baking times, and cooking methods according to the pizza style.
- Ensure proper crust thickness, texture, browning, topping distribution, and overall presentation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes, and food presentation.
- Keep kitchen workstations, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
- Monitor ingredient supplies and minimize food waste.
