Qualifications

Job Description

• Lead and oversee a team of pipefitters, welders, and helpers in the installation, assembly, and fabrication of piping systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that work is performed in accordance with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Motivate team members, promote a positive work environment, and encourage collaboration and teamwork to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular inspections of piping installations to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor work progress, identify issues or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to address quality deficiencies and ensure workmanship standards are upheld.
• Document and report non-conformances, deviations, and corrective measures taken to project management and quality assurance personnel.
