PHOTOCOPIER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of working experience in photocopier or printer maintenance is required.
Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have a Certificate of Employment.
Must have experience maintaining specific copier machine brands such as Canon, Konica, and Ricoh.
Strong knowledge of copier/printer troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning machines and replacing worn-out parts.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues related to printing and scanning.
Repair faulty copiers and printers to ensure optimal performance.
Install, configure, and network new equipment at client locations.
Provide customer support and training on proper machine operation and maintenance.
Respond promptly to service calls and technical issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, maintenance activities, and inventory.
