Big Badges Engraving & Decoration Works L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Painter to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality spray painting for interior and exterior applications, ensuring smooth finishes, accurate color matching, and compliance with company quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in spray painting and surface preparation, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering professional results.

PAINTER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in spray painting for interior and exterior works.
  • Experience in surface preparation, paint mixing, spray painting, and finishing.
  • Knowledge of painting materials, coatings, and spray equipment.
  • Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various job site conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform spray painting for interior and exterior surfaces in accordance with project specifications.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, masking, and priming prior to painting.
  • Mix paints and coatings to achieve the required color, texture, and finish.
  • Apply paint using spray guns and other appropriate painting tools and equipment.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure a smooth, even, and high-quality finish.
  • Repair surface imperfections and perform touch-up painting as required.
  • Maintain spray painting equipment and ensure proper cleaning after use.
  • Follow project schedules while maintaining productivity and workmanship standards.
  • Observe workplace health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.

  • Basic Monthly Salary: AED 1,500
