JESTA Berjaya Holdings Sdn Bhd is hiring an Operations Trainer responsible for developing, delivering, and managing structured training programs for franchise brand operations. The role ensures consistent service standards, operational procedures, and staff performance across all business units through effective training and development initiatives.
OPERATIONS TRAINER (FRANCHISE BRANDS)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role OR 5–6 years of managerial/operational experience in a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and POS systems or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery Plan: develop, and deliver structured training programs for new and existing employees.
Conduct classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and digital learning sessions.
Ensure consistent application of operational procedures, service standards, and company policies.
Support implementation of new products, systems, and operational initiatives. - Operational Knowledge: Maintain strong understanding of daily operations, workflows, and job functions.
Translate operational requirements into effective training content and materials. - Training Content Management: Review, update, and standardize training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. Develop training manuals, guides, and assessment tools.
- Performance Evaluation & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. Identify skill gaps and recommend improvements in training and operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with management and operational teams to align training with business needs.
Act as a key liaison for training communication, reporting, and compliance.
