OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Should have experience and knowledge in vehicle tracking systems and ERP systems
• Responsible for managing documents, monitoring, approving, reporting, and encoding equipment timesheets, and updating the list of equipment and vehicle master list.
• Knowledge in the use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and selected job-specific software.
• Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
• Ability to organize workload and manage filing methods and management techniques.

• Other CERTIFICATES related to job preferences.
