NURSE SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in nursing or healthcare services.
- Must be a Professional License Holder (Passed Board/Professional License Exam).
- Knowledgeable in patient care, healthcare procedures, and nursing standards.
- Ability to assist in the continuous development and training of healthcare staff.
- Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams.
- Physically and mentally fit to work in hospital or clinical environments.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care and support to patients according to healthcare standards and physician instructions.
- Assist in developing and implementing staff development and training programs.
- Promote workplace health and safety within the healthcare facility.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions and solutions.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document patient care activities accurately.
- Support infection control, hygiene, and patient safety procedures.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and nursing documentation.
- Assist in implementing healthcare policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, healthcare standards, and professional nursing ethics at all times.
