Noir De Moé is seeking skilled and professional Nail Technicians to join a prestigious executive salon and spa in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide professional manicure, pedicure, nail care, and related beauty services while maintaining excellent attention to detail, hygiene, client comfort, and service quality.

NAIL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• With 2–3 years of relevant professional experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar professional salon and spa environment.
• Proven experience in professional manicure, pedicure, and nail care services.
• Knowledge of nail preparation, shaping, filing, buffing, cuticle care, and polish application.
• Experience with gel polish and other professional nail enhancement services is an advantage.
• Good manual skills, precision, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform neat and professional nail services according to client preferences.
• Knowledge of proper nail hygiene, sanitation, disinfection, and safe handling of salon products.
• Good customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, patient, and attentive when dealing with clients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a prestigious and client-focused executive salon and spa.
• Physically capable of performing nail services for extended periods.
• Well-groomed, reliable, responsible, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to work effectively as part of a professional salon and spa team.
• Willing to follow salon standards, management instructions, and workplace policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services according to salon standards and client preferences.
• Consult with clients regarding their preferred nail shape, length, colors, designs, and treatments.
• Prepare natural nails properly before performing manicure, pedicure, polish, or other nail services.
• Perform nail cleaning, shaping, filing, buffing, and cuticle care with precision.
• Apply regular nail polish, gel polish, and other appropriate nail products according to salon procedures.
• Perform gel nail services, overlays, extensions, or other applicable treatments when required.
• Create simple or customized nail art designs based on client requests and salon offerings.
• Remove nail polish, gel products, and other nail enhancements safely and properly.
• Inspect nails and identify conditions that may require the client to seek appropriate professional advice before treatment.
• Recommend suitable nail care treatments and products based on clients’ needs and preferences.
• Ensure proper curing, finishing, and detailing of gel and other nail applications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic nail workstation at all times.
• Clean, disinfect, and properly store nail tools, equipment, and work surfaces after every client.
• Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and safe handling procedures for nail products and equipment.
• Monitor supplies such as nail polish, gel products, files, buffers, tools, and other salon materials.
• Report damaged equipment, product concerns, or supply shortages to management.
• Provide courteous, professional, and personalized customer service throughout each appointment.
• Ensure clients remain comfortable and satisfied throughout the treatment.
• Coordinate with other salon and spa professionals to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional relationships at all times.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Follow salon policies, safety procedures, service standards, and management instructions.
• Perform other duties related to nail care and salon operations as assigned by management.
