MIS Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience working specifically in the hotel industry.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and business processes.
• Experience in managing and maintaining information systems, databases, and network infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
• Experience in project management, including system upgrades and implementations.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership skills to manage a team of IT professionals and coordinate with other departments.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Experience with other hotel-related software and systems is advantageous.
