MIS Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel industry.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud, including maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Micros operations, including Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and business processes.
• Ability to assist in managing and maintaining information systems, databases, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with basic cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
• Experience in providing technical support and resolving system-related issues.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to assist in system upgrades and implementations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with end-users and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
• Certification or training in relevant IT fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of other hotel-related software and systems is advantageous.
