MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (with HVAC)

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• With documented work experience in mechanical maintenance / commissioning.
• Knowledgeable in Operating and maintenance manual of different types of mechanical equipment.
• Knowledgeable in Lock Out Tag Out Procedure, Basic control and electrical system of HVAC, Chilled Water, Domestic and Drainage Water and Fire Water System

Job Description:

• Maintain HVAC Equipment. Perform visual checks and inspection, cleaning, component replacement, preventive and corrective maintenance of AHU, ACCU, FCU, HCU, DXU, CRAC Units, Fans and other HVAC related equipment and component.
• Maintain Chilled water, Domestic Water, Drainage Water and Fire Water System and its components such as piping, different kind and type of valves, strainers, filters, water heater, PRV and other specialty items like Fire Department Connections
• Maintain submersible, fire and jockey, booster, circulating and transfer pumps.
• Maintain Plumbing equipment and fixtures.
• Perform functional checks and controls of all mechanical equipment.
