Omanfil International in partnership with Heaven Construction Guam, LLC is currently looking for:

Mason

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Mason in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Description:

• Lay bricks, blocks, or stones according to construction plans and specifications.
• Mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to bind materials together.
• Cut or trim materials to size using hand or power tools as necessary.
• Build or repair walls, chimneys, fireplaces, and other structures using masonry techniques.
• Install and align precast concrete panels or other structural units.
• Erect scaffolding or other temporary structures to access work areas as needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
