Foreman

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Lead and manage a team of workers, including assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries of materials, equipment, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and other project documentation as required.
