MAINTENANCE & SAFETY ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 45 years old.
• Male applicants only.
• Must have experience working in an EPF (Expanded Polystyrene Factory) / Styrofoam Factory.
• Experience in industrial equipment maintenance and safety management.
• Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, diesel tanks, molding machines, and production equipment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and workplace safety practices.
• Good problem-solving and inspection skills.
• Ability to work effectively with maintenance and production teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of boilers, cooling towers, diesel tanks, molding machines, cutting machines, and other industrial equipment.
• Ensure machinery and systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures for all equipment and maintenance activities.
• Support maintenance teams in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Identify potential equipment hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining safety standards within the factory.
• Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain maintenance and safety records and prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Promote a safe working environment through proper procedures and risk awareness.
