MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline approved by the user organization.
• At least 10 years of experience in maintenance works, counted from the date of qualification as specified in the source requirements.
• Strong experience in maintaining and renovating existing community buildings.
• Proven experience in maintenance budget planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency in computer operations, particularly Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Ability to plan maintenance activities, prepare reports, and coordinate repair and renovation projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for existing community buildings and facilities.
• Plan and supervise building maintenance and renovation works according to project requirements.
• Develop maintenance budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor maintenance expenditures and help ensure that projects remain within approved budgets.
• Assess building conditions and identify maintenance, repair, and renovation requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize repair activities to support efficient facility operations.
• Prepare maintenance plans, technical reports, budgets, and related documentation.
• Monitor the progress and quality of maintenance and renovation works.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel and service providers to address maintenance requirements.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and maintenance records.
• Ensure that maintenance activities comply with applicable technical standards and workplace safety procedures.
