MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid TESDA National Certificate (NC2).
• At least 3-4 years working experience.
• Work safety is a must.
• Should have working knowledge to perform the task efficiently and productively.

Job Description:

• Efficiently operate filling machines, bottle labeling machines, and sleeve inserting machines to ensure accurate and seamless production processes.
• Conduct routine inspections, calibration, and maintenance activities.
• To keep the machines in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime.
• Quickly identify and address technical issues with the machines to ensure continuous and smooth operation during production.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for filling, labeling and sleeve insertion, ensuring products meet specifications.
• Work closely with production teams to optimize machine efficiency resolve issues.
• Contribute to overall production goals.
• Provide training to machine operators on proper usage, maintenance procedures and troubleshooting protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and any adjustments made to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
