Job Description

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians, apprentices, and helpers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure that work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor team members, promote a culture of safety and excellence, and foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, control panels, and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems, diagnose faults, and perform repairs or replacements of defective components to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, identify potential issues or safety hazards, and implement corrective actions to ensure reliability and compliance with regulations.
