We are seeking reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to support construction and industrial operations. The successful candidate will perform a variety of skilled and manual tasks, assist trade personnel, operate construction equipment, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
LABORER SKILLED
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in construction or a related field.
- Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
- Experience assisting in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Technical skills in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, or related trades are an advantage.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a construction team.
- Willing to work shifts, overtime, and extended hours as required by project demands.
Responsibilities:
- Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas.
- Set up, inspect, and safely use hand tools, power tools, machinery, and construction equipment.
- Operate equipment such as drills, pneumatic hammers, shovels, picks, compactors, and other jobsite machinery.
- Assist skilled trades personnel with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and other construction-related installation and maintenance activities.
- Spread gravel, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials as required by project specifications.
- Perform routine site inspections and basic equipment checks to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Remove debris and hazardous materials from work sites while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, including company policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks within project schedules and quality standards.
- Perform other construction and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisors.
