Aroma Company Ltd is seeking an experienced Juice and Dessert Maker responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, desserts, and other sweet products while providing friendly customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

JUICE AND DESSERT MAKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
• TESDA NC II in Cookery required.
• Experience preparing fresh juices, smoothies, desserts, or similar food and beverage products.
• Knowledge of operating commercial blenders, juicers, and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food storage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic ability to operate a POS system and handle customer payments.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, desserts, and other sweet items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate blenders, juicers, mixers, and other beverage and dessert preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and portion fruits, ingredients, toppings, syrups, and other dessert components.
• Ensure beverages and desserts are attractively presented and served promptly.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Take customer orders and provide courteous and professional service.
• Operate the cash register and POS system and process customer payments accurately.
• Handle cash and other payment transactions according to company procedures.
• Maintain adequate stocks of fruits, ingredients, packaging, and other supplies.
• Properly store and handle food ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
• Keep the preparation area, counters, equipment, utensils, and customer service area clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Monitor the cleanliness and condition of beverage and dessert equipment.
• Report equipment problems, stock shortages, or food quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist other food and beverage staff during busy periods when required.
