Instrument Technician

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• 5 years of experience in I&C maintenance.
• Engineering, high school or equivalent related Instrument education minimum.

Job Description:

• Familiar with the plant automation for example ABB Procontrol, ABB Advant, Yokogawa Centum, Emerson Ovation, ALSPA EDCS, Siemens S7, Allen-Braedly PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, etc.
• Attend Instrument and Control maintenance activities
• Read, trace, and analyze wiring diagrams, drawings, logics for troubleshooting.
• Work with team to do the availability and reliability of the equipment/unit after the maintenance work, maintain the best quality and quantity of work.
• Make analysis of plant performance for improvements and enhancements; present evidence including correction of process or installed equipment preservation.
• Carry out root cause analysis, troubleshooting for shutdowns and breakdowns.
