INSTALLATION ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Must be physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
  • Must have a professional license or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Relevant work experience is required.
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
  • Able to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn new skills and adapt to Japanese workplace practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation and setup of mechanical or electrical equipment and systems.
  • Read and follow technical instructions, drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
  • Assist in assembling, positioning, connecting, and testing equipment during installation.
  • Inspect installed equipment and components to ensure proper alignment, connections, and functionality.
  • Identify installation issues and report technical problems to supervisors or engineers.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments when required.
  • Use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and proper handling practices.
  • Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and other team members during installation projects.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
  • Complete basic installation records and report work progress.
  • Adapt to different work environments and learn new technical procedures quickly.
  • Perform other installation and engineering-related duties assigned by management.
