INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT DRAFTSMAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience
• Experience in CNC machines (Fanuc & Mitsubishi Control), wire cut, Edm, milling, grinding, etc.

Job Description: 

• Well versed in Solid Modeling, Surface Modeling, Drafting and Detailing applications using Solid works, Catia & auto cad.
• Designing 3d models, 2d drawings and detailing of products, tools and dies, for manufacturing of moulds by using cad/cam software and machining process.
• Designing of Extruder mandrel and dies, guides, for Micro duct bundled conduit, HDPE duct pipe.
• Prepares the daily & monthly progress report.
• Design new concepts for development of new products and maintain technical compatibility to develop concepts into real products.
• Work with planning and design to drive product development and review tooling specification.
• Designing of products with detailing and review with QA/QC and send to customers as per their requirements.
• Divide and explain the work to operators, technician with detail drawings for particular operation.
• Rectification, modification and preventive maintenance for moulds, dies, machine parts.
• Communicating to the top management, the ways and means to improve methods of manufacture and to Design Fitting Products, rubber product to machine components with high Accuracy and increased the production.
