Atheer Trading Co. is seeking qualified and experienced HVAC Technicians for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems while ensuring safe and efficient operation.

HVAC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar position.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Practical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
• Understanding of electrical circuits, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faulty heating and cooling equipment.
• Experience using testing tools such as voltmeters and pressure gauges.
• Knowledge of HVAC preventive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to install equipment using blueprints, technical instructions, and specifications.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use HVAC hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Comfortable working in confined or tight spaces.
• Comfortable working on high rooftops and under changing weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual HVAC installation and maintenance work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation units according to blueprints, technical specifications, and applicable local codes.
• Inspect HVAC systems to ensure proper installation, operation, and performance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment.
• Clean coils, replace air filters, and inspect system components regularly.
• Check refrigerant systems, electrical connections, motors, controls, and mechanical components.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using testing equipment such as voltmeters, pressure gauges, and other diagnostic tools.
• Troubleshoot problems affecting heating, cooling, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
• Repair, replace, or adjust defective, worn, or damaged components.
• Perform emergency HVAC service and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
• Test repaired or newly installed equipment to ensure proper and safe operation.
• Check electrical circuits, wiring, controls, and connections for faults.
• Perform basic plumbing-related tasks associated with HVAC systems when required.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance, and replaced parts.
• Follow manufacturer instructions, technical procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, testing instruments, and HVAC service equipment safely.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and serviceable condition.
• Work safely in tight spaces, high rooftops, and changing weather conditions.
• Report major equipment faults, safety hazards, or required repairs to supervisors.
• Perform other HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair duties assigned by management.
