Hotel Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Minimum two to three years in the same position in a four to five star hotel. ·
• Natural / Smiling attitude towards providing excellent quality service. ·
• Previous experience in a hotel or service industry preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good command of English Language
• Possess a pleasing personality.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
• Guest relation oriented. ·
• Possess strong multitasking skills. ·
• Positive, Yes I can personality

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city.
• Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
• Is available to register, process and greet customers promptly.
• Checks the daily arrival list.
• Welcomes customers to the hotel.
• Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings.
• Arranges for special services
• Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing the communication; updates log book and prepares for next shift.
• Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests.
• Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest’s name, address and method of payment.
• Handles incoming guest room reservations.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and utilization of hotel facilities to guest
• Is aware, at all times, of current room status and room availability.
• Is fully aware of, and knows how to handle, all current and future hotel promotions.
• Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality with all guest information

Requirements:

• Updated CV
• Passport Copy
• COE (Certificate of Employment)
• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
