Furniture Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles and construction techniques.
• Preferably licensed, showcasing a commitment to professional development and adherence to industry standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the design and review of furniture drawings, encompassing the entire process from conceptualization to fabrication, including conducting rigorous quality tests.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software, such as CAD, Microsoft Office, and 3D modeling
  applications, to facilitate efficient and precise design work.

Job Description:

• To design, create various styles of furniture designs, understands detailing, fabrication techniques, and ergonomics, review furniture drawings and conduct quality test for furniture to ensure it is up to the standard and suitable to the environment
• Know how to use CAD, MS Office, and other drawing apps/software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and sustainable furniture designs, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, while adhering to industry regulations and quality standards.
