Agricultural Development Dai Thang Sole Co., Ltd. is seeking hardworking and physically fit Field Workers to support agricultural operations in Laos. The successful candidates will perform a variety of farm tasks, including land preparation, planting, crop maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest handling while ensuring productivity and compliance with farm safety standards.

FIELD WORKER

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in farming, agriculture, plantation work, or crop production is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with basic farming practices, crop maintenance, and harvesting techniques.
• Ability to operate basic farm tools and equipment safely.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or during peak harvest seasons when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare farmland for planting by clearing, cultivating, and conditioning the soil.
• Plant seeds, seedlings, or crops according to farm schedules and production plans.
• Water, fertilize, weed, and maintain crops to promote healthy growth.
• Harvest crops using proper techniques to maintain product quality and minimize waste.
• Sort, clean, grade, and pack harvested produce for storage or transportation.
• Operate and maintain basic agricultural tools, machinery, and irrigation equipment.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other crop protection products safely and according to farm guidelines.
• Monitor crop conditions and report signs of pests, diseases, or irrigation issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting harvested products and farm materials.
• Clean and maintain farm equipment, storage areas, and workspaces.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily and seasonal production targets.
• Perform other farm-related duties assigned by supervisors.
