Female Staff Nurse
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Must have at least two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Must hold an active and valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) nursing license.
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration or an eligibility code is a major advantage.
- Must have appropriate clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Must demonstrate good communication, teamwork, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Must be committed to patient safety, ethical nursing practice, and confidentiality.
- Must be willing to comply with applicable Saudi licensing, credential verification, and employment requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ health conditions and record vital signs and relevant clinical information.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes or complications to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, and patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication instructions, and healthcare practices.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical quality standards.
- Provide emotional support and maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
