We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to oversee and guide housekeeping operations in a medical facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and a keen ability to ensure compliance with established standards. 

Female Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Associate Diploma in a relevant field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in medical housekeeping services.
•  Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess long-term operational impacts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the common language of the personnel.
•  Ability to handle interactions with patrons professionally and tactfully.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with JHAH work specifications and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to employees, ensuring their tasks are performed efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Evaluate performance, address concerns, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with personnel and ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.
• Conduct inspections and audits to maintain hygiene and operational excellence.
• Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines are followed.
