Benchmark Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Factory Workers. This role offers an exciting overseas career opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. The Factory Worker will support production operations and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
FACTORY WORKER
Qualifications:
- College Diploma holder
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 0–1 year of working experience
- Experience or familiarity with CNC operations is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
- Motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, packing, and material handling
- Assist in daily production and operational tasks as instructed by supervisors
- Operate basic tools and equipment when required
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the workplace
- Support CNC operations if required (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Perform other duties assigned by management
