FACILITY MANAGER (PROPERTY MANAGER)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Manages the overall activities on Managed Properties.

Job Description:

• Supervises the leasing of rental properties on behalf of owners.
• Manage a staff team in the provision of the Property Maintenance Service in Port Moresby area
• Dealing with the companies clients / renters / tenants.

Initial requirements:
