Executive Assistant to the CEO

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of Arabic considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
• Customer service orientation is essential.
• Capable of multitasking and ability to pay attention to detail
• Willingness to travel on business trips with the CEO.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule and meetings personally.
• Applicants should possess a pleasant personality, exceptional writing and communication skills, and intellectual acumen

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CEO
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meeting
• Handle incoming calls, conveying messages, and providing pertinent information to the executive as required.
• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain various records and documents for CEO
• Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity and meet deadlines effectively.
