Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• Sort, label, and file documents, records, and paperwork.
• Retrieve and deliver files as requested by staff or clients.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of filing systems.
• Assist with document scanning, copying, and shredding.
• Update and maintain databases or records management systems.
• Follow filing protocols and confidentiality policies.
• Provide support to administrative staff as needed
