EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Male Applicants
Minimum of 2 years work experience
Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinates
Possess a reasonable working knowledge in the related practices in the industry
Have good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and able to work with others
Knowledge in FMEA, MSA, DOE, SPC
Knowledge in Error Proofing (OFE) Concept
Key Failure mode study and root cause analysis
Machine Related Low Yield Study
Knowledge in Calibration Study
Machine Related production defect study
Familiar with semiconductor equipment and parts (Front End or Back End Process)
Familiar with semiconductor processes and monitoring (Front End or Back End)
Machine (or Toolset) setup & Buyoff
Machine conversion, machine troubleshooting, regular PM
On-line quality issue and improvement
Experience in Die Attached and Wire bond is an advantage

Job Description:

To ensure specific machine performance monitoring is carried out
To qualify and carry out new project transfer when ennewed
To continuous upgrading machine performance
Perform equipment PM and calibration procedure as per requirement, maintained and implemented
Monitor and maintain critical spares inventory system
To comply to effective total preventive maintenance system to determine PM and calibration frequency as define by superior
To train subordinate on equipment set-up, conversion, and troubleshooting
Liaise with process engineer to identify critical parameter’s
Select appropriate measuring and test equipment that will provide the measurement accuracy and precision required
To perform activities to reduce equipment downtime
