MACHINE OPERATORS

Qualifications:

• Atleast 25 to 35 years old
• At least High School graduate or equivalent
• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing
• Familiarity with die cutting, gluing, sheeting, silk screening, and hot stamping machines and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and quality specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience operating specific brands or models of die cutting, gluing, sheeting, silk screening, and hot stamping machines.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Set up, adjust, and operate die cutting machines to cut materials according to specified dimensions and shapes.
• Operate silk screening machines to apply designs or patterns onto materials using silk screens and ink.
