ENGINEER I/BUSINESS ANALYST IV

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 10 years work experience
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Computer Science/Information technology;
  Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or similar fields.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work with different Finance users to help in the transformation of their business areas
• Conduct process assessments and develop process maps
• Identify business opportunities and devise new ways for business processes
• Lead the delivery and execution of key Finance transformation projects
• Participate in solutions development through projects and programs, collaborating with business and technology groups.
• Design solution architecture and data models to support complex user’s requirements
• Develop financial applications using technical knowledge and experience and deliver in a stringent timeline to ensure business agility
• Perform problem solving through root cause analysis, provide findings and recommendations to systems activities
• Prepare procedural and operational manuals for internal support and user guides
• Maintain, support and optimize digital solutions, train, mentor, and provide support to young talents
• Perform other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.
