ELECTRICAL WORKER (LINEMAN)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Maximum of 42 years old
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transmission line work
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and linework procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in high-risk environments
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical transmission lines and related equipment
- Work on both overhead and underground electrical systems
- Operate specialized equipment such as digger derricks, aerial lifts, and tensioning tools
Ensure safe and reliable delivery of electrical power - Follow strict safety protocols when working with high-voltage systems and at heights
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of electrical line issues
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors, especially during emergencies
- Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather and site conditions
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in using specialized lineman tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of safety standards and electrical regulations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical fitness and endurance
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
