ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
• Proven experience in:
  • Oil & Gas Plants
  • Power Plants
  • Gas Processing Plants
  • Petrochemical Plants
  • Industrial Plant Projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Experience supervising electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and power distribution systems.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities on project sites.
• Coordinate daily activities of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure electrical works are performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to maintenance and installation teams.
• Coordinate with project engineers, construction managers, and clients regarding electrical work activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection records, and work schedules.
• Support testing, commissioning, and startup activities of electrical systems.
• Monitor materials, tools, and manpower requirements to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
