DRAFTSMAN/AUTOCAD REVIT
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed 2D drawings using AUTOCAD based on design specifications and site information
- Develop 3D models and coordinated drawings using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings reflect correct technical requirements and design intents, and forecast plans for ongoing projects.
- Revise drawings based on mark ups, engineering feedback or site conditions
- Maintain drawing registers, layer standards, and file management protocols
- Assist in clash detection and coordination activities within the BIM environment
- Ensure that all drawings meet company and client drafting standards, as well as relevant codes regulations
- Support preparation of as-built drawings, shop drawings, and render drawing packages
- Keep drawings and models up to date as per project changes and version control
- Attend project coordination meetings require
