DOMESTIC WORKER

Qualifications:

• Applicants with no previous work experience are welcome to apply.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Candidates must be at least 24 years old.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Willing and capable of performing general household cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Ability or willingness to learn basic meal preparation and cooking according to the employer’s instructions.
• Ability to wash, iron, fold, organize, and properly care for clothing and household linens.
• Physically fit and capable of performing household tasks for extended periods.
• Responsible, hardworking, trustworthy, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to follow instructions and household routines carefully.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
• Respectful, honest, and able to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the employer’s household.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general household cleaning and maintenance to keep the home clean, organized, and comfortable.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean floors and household surfaces.
• Clean bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the household.
• Prepare and cook meals according to the employer’s instructions and preferences.
• Assist with meal preparation, including washing, cutting, preparing, and storing ingredients.
• Keep kitchen areas, cooking equipment, utensils, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Wash clothes, linens, towels, and other household laundry items.
• Sort laundry appropriately before washing.
• Operate washing machines and other household laundry equipment as needed.
• Iron clothes and other appropriate fabric items carefully.
• Fold, organize, and store clean clothes and household linens properly.
• Maintain an orderly wardrobe and designated clothing-storage areas.
• Monitor household cleaning and laundry supplies and inform the employer when supplies need replenishment.
• Handle household cleaning products and equipment properly and safely.
• Assist with general household organization and routine maintenance tasks as instructed.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with household requirements.
• Follow the employer’s instructions regarding cleaning, cooking, laundry, and other household duties.
• Respect the privacy, property, routines, and household rules of the employer.
• Perform other reasonable household and domestic-support duties assigned by the employer.
