DIGITAL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 4 years work experience

Job Description:

• Installing and maintaining computer hardware, including desktop computers, laptops, servers, printers, routers, and switches
• Recovering data from damaged hard drives or other storage devices
• Installing computer software applications such as word processing and accounting programs
• Maintaining computer networks by performing tasks such as adding new users or devices to the network or removing obsolete devices from the network
• Troubleshooting computers by identifying and resolving software or hardware problems with computers or networks
• Providing technical support for computer users by answering questions about how to use a computer or peripheral device
• Installing computer equipment in offices or facilities where technology support is needed.
