Our client is in need of the following:

COOK – ITALIAN CUISINE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably Graduate from a Culinary School or Technical Culinary
• Must have experience in cooking designated Italian or Western food recipes for Hotel and Restaurant
• Must undergone Food Preparation and Hygiene (HACCP Trainings)
• Relevant experience in GCC is a plus
• Preferably with 4 to 8 years experience in kitchen food production of Italian, Western or International recipe cooking

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide guests with the highest quality product by supervising the preparation of food
• Assist Executive Chef with menu planning
• Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen.
• Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
• Prepares ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; and plating meals.
• Completes hot meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.
• Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.
