CATERING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Must have at least 2 years experience
• With passport valid at least 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of catering operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
• Supervise daily catering operations, including food preparation and service.
• Develop and implement catering policies and procedures
• Manage and train catering staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards
• Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill their catering needs.
• Monitor and manage catering budgets, including cost control and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Extensive experience in catering management, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
