Control Technician
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in control systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software failures in automated systems.
- Familiarity with PLC and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) programming and configuration.
- Knowledge of sensors, motor controls, automated equipment, and calibration procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software failures in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
- Perform routine calibrations and preventive maintenance on sensors, motor controls, and automated equipment.
- Update, adjust, and optimize PLC and HMI programming to improve operational efficiency and sequencing.
- Diagnose control system malfunctions and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Conduct inspections and testing of control systems to ensure proper operation and reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, calibration reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company operational standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
