CONTRACT ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years (minimum) of working experience in Construction projects such as Tunnel Projects, Underground Metro Projects, and Civil Construction Projects.
• Effective Interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective Presentation Skills and Ability to develop automation on spreadsheets/forms using VBA Macros for Excel/Word

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for analyzing, developing, and negotiating construction contracts on behalf of their employer
• Review and perform commercial evaluation and formulate contracts award recommendations
• Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products and processes
• Day-to-day management, administration, compliance with the terms and conditions and achieve functional Contract interface.
• Plan and implement all procurement and contract management aspects of the project.
• Assist in facilitating compliance to the contract, advise on contractual matters and interpret the contract
