CONNECTIVITY CENTER AGENT
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Previous experience in customer service, hotel, hospitality, or guest relations is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Patient, empathetic, reliable, and able to remain professional under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest calls and provide accurate, professional, and satisfactory responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Listen actively to guests and understand their needs to provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while consistently maintaining high service standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests through verbal and written communication.
- Maintain a patient, friendly, and empathetic attitude when assisting guests.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple guest requests.
- Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
